Commercial Litigation Legal Secretary. A leading law firm is seeking an experienced commercial litigation legal secretary to join their litigation team in a full time capacity. The role is based in commuting distance from Weymouth, Blandford, Dorchester, Yeovil and Bridport.
The commercial litigation legal secretary will need to have a flexible approach and the ability to work within a team environment. The successful commercial litigation legal secretary will be required to provide a high quality secretarial and administrative service to the fee earners. The commercial litigation legal secretarial role also requires the successful applicant to produce accurate audio typing, diary management, routine client telephone enquiries as well as general secretarial duties.
The position would suit an experienced legal secretary who is highly organised, accurate, proactive and committed to meeting deadlines while remaining calm under pressure. Excellent all round communication skills, professional telephone manner and attention to detail is essential.
Previous experience of working in a commercial litigation department of a law firm is essential.
