Family Solicitor

Family Solicitor. A family solicitor is required to join a family team in Hampshire. The family solicitor will be required to manage a caseload of privately funded family files. The successful family solicitor will have previous post qualification experience in dealing with privately funded matrimonial cases including divorce, financial matters and children law. Previous advocacy experience would be beneficial in addition to strong experience in the preparation of trial bundles for both county court and the family proceedings court. The family solicitor will contribute to the expansion of the client base through business development activities and the firms marketing. The family department work with large percentage of high net worth clients offering good quality work. The role is commutable from Southampton, Romsey, Andover, Winchester and Basingstoke.
