Commercial Property Solicitor
A leading regional law firm based in Cambridgeshire are seeking a talented commercial property solicitor with at least 1 year pqe to join their thriving Commercial Property team.
The commercial property lawyer will be handling a full range of commercial property matters including preparing leases, sub leases, lease extensions and renewals, surrenders, licences, notices and other landlord and tenant documentation and generally advising on landlord and tenant issues. the successful commercial property lawyer will also be advising on the acquisition and disposal of land (including agricultural land), the acquisition of sites for development including preparing estate documentation and plot sales, including drafting contracts, lock out agreements, options and conditional contracts and overage agreements and general planning advice.
