Job Details
This firm, based in County Durham, has been established for over 100 years, which has continued to expand to become one of the region’s more successful practices.
You will be heading up a small team, taking ownership of an existing caseload from inception to completion, which includes predominantly privately-funded divorce, financial remedy and private children matters. You will be working alongside another 2 Solicitors and a supporting Secretary, dealing with predominantly more complex divorce and ancillary matters, working between the firm’s two offices located in the Teesside area.
You will be a Family Solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE, as well as supervisory/managerial experience, and ideally resolution or family/children panel membership. You will also have experience of dealing with more complex financial matters and private childcare work, along with some legal aid work.
