The Role
You will be carrying out a range of administrative functions supporting fee-earners in the commercial property team, dealing with matters relating to occupying new premises, leases and freehold acquisitions, property development, investment and secured lending.

The Candidate
You should have good IT and document production skills with an eye for details, and be familiar with using case management systems.  The firm is looking for a candidate with a proactive approach and excellent time-management skills.  You should have some previous experience in any of the above areas of commercial property law, and a general understanding of the following would be beneficial; commercial landlord and tenant, land sales and purchases, land disputes and premises licensing.
