Our national client are leaders in providing advice to insurers on fraud detection matters and their team in Leeds is highly regarded.

They are looking for a junior lawyer with some experience of carrying a mixed caseload of EL/PL and RTA fraud matters including LSI, Credit Hire, bogus passengers, induced accidents, staged and contrived accidents together with fraud rings.

The ideal candidate should have experience in dealing with matters from cradle to grave, instructing Counsel, instructing external investigators, cost recovery, witness statements and liaising with clients and defendants.

The team act for a wide range of major insurers, local authorities, and insurance brokers.
