An opportunity has arisen within a leading US law firm in the City for a junior corporate M&A solicitor.
This international US law firm has offices across the globe, with a modern office based in the heart of the City of London.
There is now an opportunity for you as a corporate M&A solicitor to join the City of London office of this prestigious law firm. You will work on a range of top quality private and public M&A work alongside a collegiate team of first-rate corporate solicitors.
To be successful in your application you will possess the following attributes:
- Fully qualified corporate solicitor (ideally 6 months-2 years' PQE)
- Corporate M&A experience gained at a leading City firm, preferably magic circle or top tier US
- Excellent academics
