Government Employment Lawyer

We are currently recruiting an employment lawyer to join a central government department within central London.

The role includes:

- Employment based proceedings in courts, appeals and tribunals

- Interviewing witnesses and recording witness statements.

- Conducting settlement negotiations with opposing representatives.

- Liaising with key Stakeholders as required.

- Advice in matters relating to Employment Law

- Advice in matters relating to access to information and data protection.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional employment law knowledge and experience. They must also have litigation experience and ideally come from a public sector background although this is not essential.

This team offers flexible working and a great working environment with good quality work.
