Job Details
Errington Legal have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Risks Lawyer to join our clients' In House Legal team in their office based in Bishop's Stortford.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate expert and specialist knowledge and experience within risk and compliance law.
The role will ensure that all complaints made to the firm are handled in accordance with their complaints procedure and are proactively managed. Where necessary, the role will require liaising with the Ombudsman to ensure the best outcomes are achieved. The role will also work with and provide instructions to our insurers on the handling of claims and to manage the completion of reports. Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage and and influence others will also be an essential part of this role.
