However, with a history going back nearly a century, strong links to the local community including supporting two local charities, and a loyal client base, the firm remains fully committed to offering the best of a High Street practice; providing an outstanding level of client service, which includes Saturday opening.  The conveyancing department is particularly busy and the firm is now recruiting for a solicitor to join the team at its office in Doncaster. The Role
The property team deals with the full range of residential housing matters including auction properties, investment and buy-to-let properties, planning law, remortgages and transfers of title and the firm is looking for an experienced solicitor or legal executive to deal with a busy caseload of conveyancing matters. You will be joining a closely-knit team and should be supportive and flexible in your working day.

The Candidate
The firm is looking for a solicitor with at least 3 years’ experience within a property department with CQS accreditation; or a similarly-experienced legal executive;
Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive the business forward through determined networking with local businesses and in the local community;
Possessing strong IT skills;
Approachable, supportive; a real team player.
