Private Client Solicitor

Kingsley Legal have the pleasure of working with an award-winning law firm who are looking for a Solicitor to join their Private Client department at their offices in Liverpool.

The role

My client is one of the most highly-respected law firms who attract top calibre employees and clients alike, and have an excellent reputation in the Merseyside region.

You will be working within the company’s award winning Private Client team in Liverpool. The Private Client team includes experienced Solicitors, and members of Solicitors for the Elderly and STEP qualified practitioners. The department received the award for ‘Best Private Client Law Firm’ cementing their reputation as the best practice in Merseyside.

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be working closely with the head of department in this role and therefore will gain exposure to a varied and interesting caseload.  You will receive support from a Paralegal and your caseload will include Wills and Probate, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. You will be well organised, have an empathetic and professional approach to clients and will work well individually and as part of a team.

The candidate

You will be a Solicitor qualified to practice in England and Wales with around one-year PQE. You will have a proven track record working as a Solicitor, dealing with a case load of Private Client matters. Experience of dealing with Trusts matters is desirable but not essential.
