Senior Family Solicitor

We have the pleasure of working with a long-established and reputable law firm who are looking for a Senior Solicitor to join their Family department at their offices in Liverpool.

On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package, which is negotiable, depending upon your previous experience. This includes 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, death in service benefit, rewarding 6% pension scheme and health care policy.

The role

My client is one of the most highly-respected law firms who has an excellent reputation in the Merseyside region.

You will be working within the company’s award-winning Family team in Liverpool. The department provides expert advice in all areas of Family Law to its private paying and legally aided clients. You will manage a mixed caseload and will receive support from a Paralegal within the Family team also. Your caseload may include divorce, separation and domestic violence matters. In addition, there will also be a strong focus on dealing with children law matters.

The candidate

You will be a Solicitor qualified to practice in England and Wales with around five years PQE. You will have a proven track record working as a Solicitor, dealing with a case load of Family matters. If you have children panel membership this is also desirable for this position as there will be a particular focus on dealing with children law matters in this role.
