Commercial Real Estate Solicitor – We have been asked by our client, a highly regarded North Hampshire practice known for their outstanding service and legal knowledge to find them a further commercial property specialist to join their team.
They are looking for a solicitor with 3 years+ relevant experience in handling a busy HNW caseload of commercial transactions. You will need to be commercially focused and have a sterling track record of specialising in the buying and selling of freehold and leasehold properties, lease extensions and advising on complex acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and development projects for property management companies.
They are looking for a highly motivated and versatile individual with a head for marketing and business development that can go out and promote their name further.
