Clayton Legal are delighted to announce that our client, a highly-successful Law firm based in Birkenhead, is looking to appoint a skilled Residential Conveyancer due to the firm's notable and continued success.

The Role:

On a day to day basis this role will consist of dealing with sales and purchase of residential property files from initiation to completion to include both Leasehold and freehold property, right to buy and re mortgages.

The Candidate:

This is an excellent opportunity and in order to be considered for this position you must have a minimum of 2 years experience in handling your own caseload of Residential Property files.
