A Legal 500 listed specialist firm is keen to appoint an additional Employment Solicitor to its dedicated national Employment Team and be based at the firms' South Manchester office.

Due to an increase in instructions, the firm is keen to appoint either a solicitor or a legal executive to an already very strong employment team to work alongside a number of experienced employment lawyers. You will have a minimum of 2 years' PQE and will be able to handle your own caseload of employment matters which will comprise dealing with the full remit of employment matters such as discrimination and unfair dismissal as well as dealing with TUPE and compromise agreements. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to conduct your own advocacy before the Employment Tribunal on matters.
