Corporate Lawyer

Our client is a top regional heavyweight in the Kent area with an existing corporate practice within reach of London, the firm are looking to recruit a corporate lawyer to join their recognised team, with leading individuals - excellent work and career progression is offered.

Candidates will need to have experience in corporate mergers, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, shareholders agreements and other mainstream corporate and company law work as well as ideally some experience of commercial law matters.

You will work within a wide variety of clients in both the public and private sectors services for both SME and well known blue chip businesses.

You will maintain client relationships, contribute to business development and have opportunity to raise your own profile and support the continued growth of the practice.

The role would be ideal for a 2-5 year pqe lawyers, however the firm would consider more candidate depending on experience.
