LPC Paralegal - Commercial Property

This industry leading business provides property services across the North and offers a friendly and supportive environment for its employees. The business needs a professional and customer facing paralegal to join a fast paced environment due to the increase in lease transactions.

Your new role
This is an opportunity to apply your legal knowledge in a commercial environment and expand your experience in real estate law. Working closely with the in-house legal team, you will be primarily responsible for assisting solicitors with documentation including commercial property leases and you will be responsible for managing your own caseload.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to either be an LPC graduate with a strong academic background or have previous paralegal experience in-house or with a law firm. You will be proactive with excellent communication skills and must have an interest in property law. This is a great opportunity for LPC graduates who have studied the advanced real estate elective. Future trainees with a training contract secured for either 2019 or 2020 will also be considered.
