The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor, 1 - 2 years PQE, to join this highly regarded firm.

The solicitor who applies for this role should have experience in various Housing Matters, including but not limited to; landlord and tenant, disrepair, possession proceedings, breach of contracts, lease renewals, and anti-social behaviour matters. There are a broad range of corporate and individual clients.

You will have excellent client skills and an eye for business development, with the ability to be able to spot opportunities where other may not. You may have worked at a regional, specialist, legal 500 or west end practice and should have a good billing history. This role offers fantastic prospects and a springboard up the career ladder as the department is currently experiencing excelled growth. Salary is negotiable based on experience, in addition to an industry leading benefits package.

Requirements

• You will be an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor with 1 - 2 years PQE.
• You will have a good technical knowledge
• Be an excellent communicator
• You should have a positive outlook and work well within a team
• Salary is dependent on your level of experience, plus an industry leading benefits package.
