Construction Solicitor - 3+ PQE
Bath
Legal 200 firm acting for a wide range of businesses, from start up and SME, to multinationals and FTSE250 companies, as well as numerous public sector bodies.
You will be joining an outstanding team specialising in Construction, offering a diverse and rewarding role from their fast-paced yet aesthetic offices based in Reading.
With opportunity to work with contentious and non-contentious complex and high-value client matters.
Experience of advising on and drafting amendments to standard form construction contracts, collateral warranties, bonds and guarantees is essential. The role will also involve supporting the teams wider business development strategies, and for more senior applicants, industry contacts are desirable.
