An opportunity is available for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join a recognised Legal 500 firm based in Central London. Due to our clients growth plans, they are looking to add an additional Commercial Property Solicitor to join them on a permanent basis. Salary negotiable depending on experience which includes a great benefits and bonus structure.
Our client is a medium sized practice employing over 50 members of staff between their St Albans office and Central London office. They are a leading firm that offers a broad range of legal services supporting businesses and individuals on a national and international basis.
I am looking for a highly experienced Commercial Property Solicitor that is a minimum of 5 years PQE. Ideally at Senior level, you will be able to manage a broad case load of Commercial Property matters from inception to completion with minimal supervision. Candidates will be expected to manage case loads which include but may not be limited to; Retail Property, Property acquisitions and disposals, Restaurant's, Pubs, Bars, Leases and Property Development.
