Housing Litigation Lawyer – This niche East Sussex firm, listed in Chambers for their expertise in housing association work now need a further housing litigation solicitor or legal executive to join their team.

As the result of a significant and sustained increase in new work they are now looking for an experienced housing litigator with c.1-5 years' + pqe to join their busy team. He/she must be experienced in housing litigation law and have acted for RSL's and other social housing providers.
Applicants must be experienced in all areas of tenancy enforcement matters including possession actions, ASBIs and ASBOs, disrepair, service charge disputes, tenancy variation matters and housing policy. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to deal with clients and their requirements and have a genuine interest in housing law.
