Locum Residential Property Solicitor

LAW Absolute is working with a Sussex based Private Practice who require an interim Residential  Property Solicitor to join them to cover a period of three months. The role could be extended past the initial three months and is due to start within the next month.

The firm is based in an idyllic location on the South Coast and has a strong reputation in the market for their high level of client care.

The successful candidate will be covering a full caseload of Residential Property matters. Experience in handling freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals; transfers of equity; re-mortgages; leases; plot sales and new builds. The clientele the successful Residential Property Solicitor will be dealing with are likely to be within the High Net Worth bracket and the property transactions are mostly upwards of £500,000 in value.

The firm offers secretarial support and a case management system.  

Candidates should be able to work without support and be able to commit for an ongoing duration.

There will be competitive hourly rates and potential re-bookings on offer to the successful locum.
