With the practice growing from strength to strength, and they have a Commercial Property job opening for a talented Real Estate lawyer to join this successful team.
Your new role
With a national reputation for excellent in the energy and renewables sector, this role offers you exposure to a broad caseload of energy and renewables focussed work, including advising on large scale energy generation projects, both onshore and off-shore, through to acquisitions, disposals and financing of major infrastructure projects. With an enviable client base, you will enjoy City quality work, working alongside directory rated partners, all with the benefit of being based in the Southwest.
Alongside the cutting edge development work on offer, there is also wider portfolio management work on offer, managing property interests for the team's clients.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Real Estate lawyer ideally with a proven track record of advising clients in the energy and renewables sectors on large schemes and ideally have experience across a range of energy and renewables work (though candidates with a solid development skill set and an interest in breaking into this exciting sector are encouraged to apply).
