A vacancy has now arisen for a Medical Negligence Solicitor to join the firm at its Cambridge office.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to manage their own complex and rewarding caseload of Medical Negligence matters with limited supervision. The successful Medical Negligence Solicitor will provide a quality and tailored legal service to a wide range of clients. Your duties will include: developing your own client base; helping to develop strategy and business plans in collaboration with the Head of Department; advising Partners and board members on opportunities to add value to the client experience, improve profitability and avenues for growth; supporting the Head of Department and Partners with their client work and with specific management responsibilities; involvement in the delivery of a marketing strategy and plan through activities such as marketing initiatives, events, networking, speaking at seminars and contributing to or writing publications; staff training and mentoring and; supporting Partners and the board to achieve the strategic aims of the firm.

The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from Solicitors with 5 years’ and above PQE in Medical Negligence.
It would be advantageous to possess membership of AvMA and the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Panel.
Ideally, you will excel in business development.
The successful Medical Negligence Solicitor will possess excellent client care skills.
You will take a professional and collaborative approach.
