Family & Matrimonial Solicitor (NQ to 3 yrs PQE)

Successful Lancashire firm is looking to appoint a further Family & Child Care Solicitor.

The Family Law team is highly regarded and offers a comprehensive service in Family and Child Care law issues including:

• Divorce and Civil Partnership Dissolution,
• Financial Settlements and Ancillary Relief Proceedings,
• Arrangements for Children and Section 8 Children Act Applications,
• Local Authority Child Care Proceedings,
• Domestic Violence

Applications are welcomed from family lawyers who have some experience of handling their own caseload whilst also happy to assist more experienced lawyers on their cases.  The nature of the role is likely to appeal to a family law solicitor with up to 4 years PQE. Applications from newly qualified solicitors are welcome. Ideally, you will have experience of both public law and private law family issues and acting for both fee paying and legally aided clients.
