Head of Family Department.
 
Established for over 120 years, our Client is a Private Practice Oxfordshire based law firm specialising in Family, Corporate Commercial, Commercial & Residential Property and Private Client matters.
 
The firm is seeking a Senior Family Solicitor to head up and run the Family team, they are looking for someone with a mix of top class technical knowledge as well as providing support to the team and a passion for business development. Ideally you will have minimum 8 years post qualification.
 
You will be required to pick up an existing mixed caseload of Family matters including; divorce, separation, children disputes, financial remedy claims, pre and post nuptial agreements, domestic violence, co-habitation matters, TOLATA claims, surrogacy and adoption.

You will managing a capable team of 3 others across two offices and be working very closely with the Head of Commercial, Family and Litigation.

The ideal candidate is ambitious, intelligent and demonstrate the drive to be an excellent team leader to grow and strengthen the family department.
