Commercial Contracts Lawyer

Our client an international law firm require a commercial contract lawyer to join their client on a secondment basis for 6 months starting as soon as possible. The role will require you to work with minimal supervision and demonstrable experience in commercial contracts work. you will ideally have experience working in industry. Due to the nature of the work involved you will have at least three years of experience to undertake a broad range of commercial tasks including advising, reviewing and drafting commercial contracts. You will ideally have purchasing experience and a good knowledge of EU competition laws as well as working in sales or marketing although the latter is not essential. The role is to start in a few weeks’ time.
