The firm is undergoing a sustained period of expansion and is now looking for a solicitor of about 4 years’ PQE to join the property team. The Role
The successful candidate will be joining a busy team instructed in a wide range of property litigation matters, and will be advising residential and commercial landlords and tenants on a wide range of issues including break notices, dilapidations, rent reviews, forfeiture, business leases, possession proceedings including adverse possession, trespass, easements and prescriptive rights, breaches of covenants and TOLATA claims.  The firm is looking for someone experienced and confident, able to work unsupervised and with a commitment to networking and marketing to assist in the firm’s continued growth.

The Candidate
The firm is looking for applications from candidates who are professional, flexible, and able to deal with a demanding work schedule while providing an excellent level of client care;
You should be at least 4 years’ PQE in a property litigation role, with robust negotiation skills and a tenacious advocate;
Technically adept, with a commercial, creative problem-solving approach and strong time-management skills;
A great team player with a good understanding of management structure;
Excellent IT skills are essential.
