A strong Legal 500 law firm is seeking the appointment of a senior commercial property solicitor to build on their solid reputation as one of Staffordshire’s leading law firms.
 
This full service law firm is looking for a senior commercial property solicitor to take on an existing caseload of commercial property matters with a view to growing and developing their offering.
 
As a commercial property solicitor within this team you will be working closely with both the corporate and commercial departments dealing with a mixture of work to include landlord and tenant, acquisition and sale of commercial premises, residential development work along with lease extensions. You will be working on behalf of a variety of clients to include SME’s, investors and developers along with property divisions of several large multi-nationals and PLC’s.
 
This is a unique opportunity in the sense that this is a senior standalone position with the on-going support of Partners within the corporate and commercial departments. As such you must be able to hit the ground running with the drive and ambition to develop the work within the department.
 
There is real potential for a partnership opportunity in the not too distant future.
