Clinical Negligence Solicitor. A clinical negligence solicitor is required to join a regional law firm, in Essex, as part of their clinical negligence department. The clinical negligence solicitor will be required to undertake case with minimal supervision across the clinical negligence spectrum. The clinical negligence solicitor will have at least 3+ years PQE with a niche, similarly sized or larger firm in the field of clinical negligence, and should possess good communication, client care, technical and organisation skills. The role will involve running a caseload of medium value clinical negligence cases with light touch supervision and assisting senior members of the team with larger, catastrophic, clinical negligence claims.
