Within the Employment department which carries out work for NHS bodies, and many other 100 healthcare bodies throughout the UK as well as for police forces, housing organisations and various third sector and private employers.
The department is able to provide legal advice and training on the full range of employment law issues, from board level to generalist HR practitioner, and has a reputation for handling the most sensitive and high-profile employment law cases.

With at least 4pqe you will enjoy working on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters including general employment advisory work, the handling of employment tribunal claims, advising on reorganisation and redundancy issues and the application of healthcare legislation to routine and complex employment law scenarios.
With good client handling and business development skills you will be able to work well with other team members, including providing supervision to junior lawyers.
Previous experience in the field of healthcare or public sector is strongly preferred, although it is not essential.
