Our client is now seeking a confident and technically proficient Mental Health Solicitor to join their busy practice in Leicestershire.

The Role
A challenging and rewarding role has arisen for a Mental Health Solicitor to join a progressive team of lawyers within a busy and demanding mental health department.  Acting as a representative for clients with mental health issues and advising patients and their relatives in areas including; unlawful detention; care plan issues; deprivation of liberty and; compulsory treatment.  The successful Mental Health Solicitor will manage a complex caseload dealing with appeals for judicial review and aftercare.  Outstanding client care skills and the ability to forge trusting relationships are essential for this position.

The Candidate
We are tasked with sourcing a qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year + PQE.
Membership of the Mental Health Review Tribunal Accreditation Panel is essential for this role.
You should have solid experience with mental health issues.
Demonstrate high client-care skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
