They are now in the market for tenacious Senior Residential Conveyancer to join their property department in the firms modern, open plan office in Tamworth.

The Role

We are now tasked with sourcing a Senior Residential Conveyancer to join this dynamic team in Tamworth. The successful candidate will head the Residential Conveyancing department and manage a varied caseload of Residential conveyancing transactions and will have experience in business development and networking to further develop the department and firm as a whole. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running within a specialist property team providing high quality services in an efficient and pro-active manner. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join this expert team where your progression will be supported and encouraged.

The Candidate

You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of three years’ PQE gained within a reputable Residential Property department;

You must have excellent technical skills with a broad range of expertise;

You will be commercially aware with first class client care and communication skills across all levels;

A flair for business development would be highly advantageous;
