Highly regarded and award winning fashion brand based in central Manchester, has an incredible opportunity for a senior lawyer to join the business as Sole Legal Counsel.

Working closely with the CEO/CFO and other key stakeholders you will manage all legal and regulatory obligations as well as minimising legal and commercial risk to the business. The role will be extremely varied and some of the more technical elements to the role will involve advising on commercial agreements, IP work contentious and non contentious, advertising, media and marketing and compliance.

To be considered for the role, you will be a UK qualified solicitor with strong PQE gained at a Top 100 law firm or an in-house legal team. A background in commercial or corporate law would be preferable but other backgrounds, may be considered.

On offer is a strong base salary, bonus and share options.
