This new opportunity provides an enviable career move with a highly regarded and commercially focused practice.  You will form part of a well-structured Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, which is retained by an impressive portfolio of corporate and commercial clients some of which are significant names

The quality of work is exceptional and you can be assured of a challenging and rewarding caseload. The nature of the role and levels of instructions requires specialist experience, not less than 3 years’ PQE of handling instructions which involve complex liability issues and high value cases.  As well as excellent client management and effective negotiations skills, experience of advanced litigation in the specialist divisions of the High Court such as Companies, Chancery and QBD is desirable.

As well as managing you own caseload, you will work on as part of a team on significant litigation instructions which requires a partner-led, team approach. The role will appeal to an ambitious solicitor who has the gravitas and enjoys taking responsibility for liaising directly with clients, counsel and experts.
