This reputable Firm has been well established in the area for over 20 years, has a fantastic reputation and is now looking to appoint an ambitious Conveyancing Assistant/Secretary to join there property team.

The role requires an experienced Assistant/Secretary to support a Senior Partner with progression of conveyancing transactions and assisting with his caseloads as a whole using a case management system from inception to post completion.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years secretarial experience or at least 3 years Conveyancing experience with the candidate being fully conversant with conveyancing processes including all post completion work, consisting of drafting contracts, stamping and dealing with searches. Previous Case Management experience is preferable.

The Salary on offer for this role is up to £19,000 all dependant on experience.
