Residential Conveyancer
Bright, hard-working Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive is sought by an established firm of Solicitors who are a highly regarded in the City Centre.
This growing private practice has been servicing the private and business community for over 150 years. The role is to join a busy and growing residential property team. You will ideally have a minimum two years' experience of dealing with the whole range of property transactions from inception through to completion. This is a newly created role due to increased work load and you will have your own caseload including some high net worth files where it is hoped that you will be able to assist in the firm's future growth.
The successful applicant will ideally be working in a CQS accredited firm and will be used too liaising with clients and lenders on a daily basis and will possess excellent communication and IT skills. If you are ambitious lawyer with 2 years + post qualified experience and would be like to join a firm where with long term prospects then my client would be really interested in talking with you.
