They are seeking a Corporate Solicitor NQ - 2 years PQE to join their head office in Exeter, Devon.

Ideally, you will already have experience of working in a strong corporate or commercial team and will want to progress your career in transactional corporate finance at a leading firm, with the quality of work, colleagues, training and benefits that entails. You will buy into a strategy to help build one the leading private wealth offerings in the country with corporate advice to leading individuals and institutions in the UK and overseas.

The Corporate team boasts several highly-rated Lawyers and is consistently ranked in the Top Tier for corporate finance in the South West in the Legal 500 and Chambers Guides to the legal profession. The team acts for several very well-known clients advising on MBOs, mergers and acquisitions, MBIs, restructuring and private equity. You will deal with a broad range of the highest quality work.

• You will be a Corporate Lawyer 3 - 7 years PQE
