Job Details
We are looking for an experienced audit / compliance candidate to join a market leading law firm. The role will be based in their property group and will involve auditing the workflows and training needs of the 60 fee earners in the team and working with their managers.
The department is very focused on forging close relationships with their clients - in this case banks and major financial institutions - making sure they are happy with the internal compliance around GDPR, cyber security and diversity in the workplace as well as dealing with internal complaints.
You will need to have auditing / compliance experience in a similar role (does not have to be in legal) and be very organised and proficient in the use of IT systems, in particular Excel, to produce reports to present internally and to clients on their review meetings.
