The nature of the role will appeal to an Insolvency Lawyer who enjoys focusing on contentious insolvency and litigation proceedings. Forming part of a larger team, the person appointed will work closely with the departmental head in managing client and responsible for supervising junior lawyers within the team.

Providing a comprehensive insolvency and restructuring service, the team is retained by a diverse range of clients and regularly attracts high profile and substantial litigation cases. You will enjoy advising creditors, insolvency practitioners, directors & shareholders, individuals and corporate clients. The team offers a wealth of expertise. Typical instructions include:

  • Formal insolvency, liquidation and bankruptcy proceedings,
  • Advising trustees, liquidators and administrators,
  • Investigations of asset disposals and antecedent transactions,
  • Misfeasance and breach of duty claims,
  • Asset recoveries,
  • Director Disqualification proceedings,
  • Liens and Chargers
