Real Estate Solicitor (Healthcare) - Leeds

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious real estate solicitor, ideally at the 1-3 PQE level, to join the Leeds office of a top 100 commercial national firm.

This firm are highly respected sector specialists who pride themselves on being the "go to" advisor for their clients. Due to their exceptional profile on the market, this firm have done well in terms of attracting senior lateral hires from top 20 law firm competitors, and have increased their headcount and revenue substantially in recent years. Due to this continued success, and on the back of further recent client wins, they are now seeking to appoint a real estate solicitor to join their specialist healthcare real estate team.

The successful candidate will undertake a wide range of high quality commercial real estate work, predominantly on behalf of healthcare clients. You will be involved in a varied workload & the role will involve responsibility for your own caseload of real estate matters, as well as closely supporting the Partner on more extensive matters. Candidates will be expected to have relevant commercial real estate experience, preferably gained within a leading commercial real estate practice. Experience of conducting real estate transactions on behalf of healthcare clients would be beneficial but is not essential to be successful in this role.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team and be able to demonstrate a drive to succeed and an enthusiasm to engage with clients.

Exposure to high quality real estate work and genuine career progression are on offer as part of this role.
