Travel Claims Solicitor - A Central London law firm require a travel claims solicitor to join their national travel team dealing with large loss work. The role will require an solicitor or legal executive to handle a mixed caseload casualty claims brought under the Package Travel Regulations 1992 for our clients. The travel team support customers through large loss, complex and sensitive personal injury claims, group actions, policy coverage and inquests. Due to the nature of the work it will involve handling claims under cross border jurisdictions and dealing with private international matters. Clients include large tour operators, bespoke providers, travel agents, hotels, leisure and hospitality suppliers and insurers. As well as handling a caseload there could also be some exposure to the very complex large loss cases which are handled by the partners.
Experience in travel claims would be an advantage or exposure to high value claims.
