Job Title:        Company/ Commercial Solicitor

Hours:            9am – 5pm
Salary:            Competitive and depending on experience (35,000 – 50,000)
Location:        Suffolk

My client is a forward-thinking firm with a fun, vibrant and hardworking ethos at its heart.

In a relaxed, open plan layout set in a converted barn with its own parking and beautiful green parkland adjacent, the firm offers an exceptional atmosphere in which to work and be part of the team. The regional Suffolk office handles Property, Commercial, Family and Private Client matters, while their London office specialises in Media Law and Defamation.

Their Company/Commercial department has a wide range of clients ranging from sole traders, to PLC and UHNW clients and is looking for a solicitor for the Suffolk office to continue its growth and expansion.

The Role:

Excellent drafting, technical and negotiation skills are crucial, together with the ability to deliver a strongly client-focused service giving clear, timely and practical legal advice.

The Candidate:

Must be well organised, able to cope well under pressure and used to dealing with a full and varied case load. Client Care and quality of service underpin every aspect of your work. You will have a solid grounding in working in all aspects of Company Law including Shareholder Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Terms of Business, Company Sale and Acquisitions and competent in Commercial Property Law.
