This leading Legal 500 commercial practice is keen to recruit a Plot Sales Paralegal to join its established Property Team and be based at the firms' brand new offices in Altrincham.

The team comprises experienced real estate & conveyancing solicitors. You will be working closely with a senior fee earner and a partner of the firm. Ideally you will have experience of dealing with plot sales and part exchanges on behalf of Plc. developers.

You will run your own plot sales caseload under supervision whilst at the same time work as part of a wider team that handles all aspects of the plot sales process, ensuring that you remain closely engaged with clients throughout the entire process.

It is essential that you have conveyancing and plot sales experience experience within the residential and building sector. You will have excellent communication and client management skills, be able to cope with a demanding workload and be able to manage ever evolving priorities as a consequence of clients' busy trading periods.
