Commercial Legal Counsel - Maternity

Commercial Legal Counsel job working within Wealth Management.

Your new company
This global wealth manager is looking for a UK Qualified Legal Counsel to join their London team for a 9 month maternity cover.

Your new role
Working within this small legal team you will mainly be responsible for back office operations including; general commercial work, procurement agreements, NDAs, marketing agreements, sponsorship agreements, data management, data protection as well as a little IP and trademark work.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of working within a broad commercial role with similar duties. This role would suit someone relatively recently qualified that is looking to gain some additional experience in a broad role. Investment management experience and/or knowledge would be advantageous.
