We are currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for a Childcare Lawyer to join a great local authority. The Childcare Lawyer role is based within North Wales and is an ongoing role.
The successful Childcare Lawyer must be a fully qualified solicitor, legal executive or equivalent. The candidate will undertake their own caseload, with duties including but not limited to;
- Advocacy, including contested and non-contested hearings
- Managing a busy caseload of childcare matters
- Acting as a legal advisor to a wide range of clients in relation to their Children's social care functions
While previous experience working within local government is desirable, qualified solicitors from a private practice background will definitely be considered.
The ideal candidate will be available at short notice with part and full time availability being considered.
