Well accredited practice is now seeking a Family Lawyer for their office in South Devon!

The Firm
Established in the early 20th Century, our client now has multiple offices in Devon serving commercial and individual clients in a personalised and efficient manner. With a team of specialist lawyers and dedicated support staff, they offer a comprehensive range of legal services to clients throughout the local area and further afield. Their office, located on the border of Dartmoor National Park is now looking to add to their team an experienced Family Lawyer.

The Role
We are now seeking a personable Family Solicitor to join a busy department on the border of Dartmoor National Park in South Devon. Ideal candidates will be qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 years PQE and a client-focused approach to their work. Hitting the ground running, you will enjoy a diverse and interesting caseload, acting for a range of clients with matters to include: privately funded matrimonial matters; civil partnership; pre-nuptial agreements; ancillary relief; cohabitation disputes and; Children Act applications. Child/Family Panel accreditation is desirable but not essential and availability to work on a part-time basis is highly desirable.

The Candidate
A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE;
Solid experience in a reputable Family department;
Family or Child Panel membership is advantageous;
Ability to handle a diverse caseload to meet tight deadlines;
Be client focused with good attention to details;
Work well as part of a team and on own initiative;
Available to work on part-time basis.
