Now looking to expand its team, the firm is hiring a Family Solicitor for its office in Swindon, Wiltshire.

The Role
This is a fantastic time to join a leading law firm and manage your own caseload as a Family Solicitor. The role will involve predominantly publicly funded matters, so experience in this area of Family law is essential. You will undertake an array of duties which will include childcare matters such as care proceedings; domestic abuse and injunctions and; divorce. The role will be based in the firm’s Swindon office on a fixed term contract initially, and thereafter will be a permanent role based in its Bristol office developing the firm’s market in that area. The role offers flexibility as the successful Family Solicitor will work on a four or five days a week basis. The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from Family Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in publicly funded matters gained from a reputable firm.
Ideally, the successful Family Solicitor will be an accredited member of the Law Society’s Children Law panel, however, this is not essential as the firm would be willing to support the right candidate in becoming a panel member.
You will possess experience in managing staff with excellent leadership qualities.
Business development will be a key skill.
You will excel in client care and teamwork.
You will have a driving license and access to your own transport.
