Job Details
A leading international firm is looking to hire a a commercial contracts/TMT solicitor who could be a future head of department. Working with the existing team of 4 solicitor you will have direct access household named clients from day one and a clear path to partnership.
You will be an established commercial solicitor with experience of commercial contract/TMT work including terms and conditions, high value supply and procurement contracts, agency and distribution agreements, IT contracts, website terms, software development and licensing, e-commerce and data protection. You will have ideally worked for a leading regional or London based firm where you will have worked for leading clients, as the clients in this role will include household named organisations. The firm will offer a leading regional salary and benefits along with a modern and open approach to agile working.
