Financial Regulation Solicitor- Junior Associate

Our client is a full service, international Top 25 practice. They are looking for a ambitious and talented Financial Regulation Solicitor to join their team.

The Financial Regulation team comprises of 25 lawyers nationwide and is one of the largest and most successful outside of London.

They are looking for a Junior Associate for their Leeds office. The right candidate will be NQ-2 yrs PQE as an approximate guide.

The work is non-contentious and involves advising a number of well known blue-chip clients, including banks and other financial organisations on a range of regulatory matters relating to the FSMA, PRA, FCA TCF MiFID and RDR. You will also be advising clients on anti-money laundering, consumer credit, e-commerce and advertising and marketing regulation.

The firm is a top tier practice across many legal areas and has an enviable reputation in the market place. What sets them apart from other large, international practices is the environment here is non-stuffy. Partners are accessible, you can get involved in meaty and complex work from the outset and there is genuine training and development to aid you in progressing down your career path.

The firm have recently moved into brand new, purpose built offices in the centre of Leeds with fantastic facilities.

This a perfect opportunity for either an NQ who did a seat in financial regulation or similar, or a slightly more experienced lawyer with a relevant background at a large city, regional or niche practice.
